Week One

What did you do this week?

Seven days, not a big amount of time.

I, however, have changed as a person over the past week.

I have gone from being a regular person to "Mee-ster Noel". I am now a teacher.

They say that the first year of teaching is the hardest. I hope that the first week is the hardest of that first year.

Thankfully there's been a significant development over the course of the week. The first couple of days left me wondering what on earth I've gotten myself into. The next couple were better, however. I think it will take me a little while to get used to role and managing a classroom full of 12 year olds, but so far, so good. I know that God has me here for this time; I want to embrace this and see where He takes me.
