Little White Thai

So if you're wondering, Thai food in Thailand uses little to no peanut sauce (one of the most distinctive features of Thai food in North America). I feel as if I've been lied to!!

Note: The title of this post was intended to be a play on the expression "Little White Lie." I realize it may be interpreted as some sort of racial comment. Especially based on my being a white guy in Thailand (still leaving the "little" undefined as I'm bigger than most people here). That is not the intention and is purely found in the readers mind. I'm sorry, it wasn't even a good pun in the first place, but I'm tired and can't think of anything better right now!

I am very happy to see that things are well for you. Your blog is great. I appoligize this is my first time reading it. I am in class now. We are covering trauma nursing and while I am captivated by the content I would much rather be with you on your journey.
Speaking of which when you get back we are long over due for a road trip. Ill talk to you soon.

Very fun blog! I am greatly enjoying sharing vicariously in your travels! I have had no trouble with jet lagg whatsoever :)

We are praying for you and can't wait to hear about it in person over some grilled chicken and fried green beans!

Noel: great to read of your adventures. I hate it when you travel and realize that great flavors you have learned about at home are lies. Like, did you know (probably do know) that Chinese Fortune cookies are an American made invention! The are NOT made in China ... Auggghhhhhh. Can't wait to read more!

The first time I've checked out your blog, and to find you're a racist now Noel? No, but seriously you made me laugh.

Noel!
It makes me so happy to read about all your adventures! (I admit I get more jealous by the day--I'm stuck here taking midterms and such...) I'm headed back to Bolivar tomorrow for time with my youth group. I will probably again be beaten mercilessly in four square by middle school boys. It's rather entertaining to see how excited they are at the prospect of knocking me out of the game. All in a night's work I suppose.

Praying for you constantly!
