Hey Noel, It's Heather Hutton. Yeah! I just came across your blog and as I was reading I noticed that while you were in Taiwan you met a guy named Darryl. I know a Darryl who goes to my church and is working in Taiwan as a phys. ed. teacher. Is his last name Elliot? Glad to see that you are enjoying your travels.

That will be my prayer for you, son. You are in a very special place where you can do this in a very special way. We pray that God will give you the creativity and skill to communicate His love to people who may never meet some one like you again,

Love you and very Proud of you

hey Noel,

such true words on loving people! God's grace has been something I've been thinking about a lot. We don't give each other enough grace sometimes and I think it would be a tremendous gift if we did.

I think another piece of the puzzle has to do with being about the kingdom of God here and now. I think we sometimes get so discouraged by a fallen world that we forget that pieces of heaven can be a present reality. Love, peace, righteousness, joy . . . i think all of these can be glimpsed on this earth and I think being about the work of God means that we are actively trying to bring heaven on earth.

those are just some thoughts. . .

praying for you, dear friend!
